Went watching Pandorum with Daryl, Ming Tai and Jack at Bugis iluma. I arrived a little later than them and they were waiting for me to get the tickets. Apparently, the service counter didn’t allow them to buy the tickets because they want to see all of our ID documents. (2 Green Ones [Ming Tai & Daryl], 1 Soon-to-be Pink [ME ] and 1 Still-Pink-BUT-Going-Green [Jack], LOL)

Show starts at 3.20pm but we arrived early to have lunch together. We ended up at Sim Lim Square’s foodcourt at the basement. My chicken chop spaghetti wasn’t particularly nice but still okay. Hao Jian was the best! (Courtesy of Ming Tai)

After deeming that we still have some time, Jack decided to find a shop to remove the top two screw on his PSP so that he could break the PSP open for cleaning. The screws are of a special kind, according to Ming Tai and Jack. So it is justified to find ‘professional’ services for this purpose – $2 for removing 2 tiny little screws. LOL. YHBR. (You Have Been Ripped)

Back to the movie! *No spoilers* It’s a pretty good show. It’s not a horror show, it’s more like a sci-fi show but it managed to frighten me and most apparently, Jack. I was sharing a large popcorn combo with him, he confessed that during scenes with scary leads i.e. music gets tense, he’ll let me hold the popcorn. He’s afraid he might jump and spill the popcorn. LOL.

Unleashed. Unleashed was his desire. Jack’s desires. His inner geek desired a new HDD, iPhone armband and a brand new Razor new mouse. We scrimped through shops and shops to find the best deals.

His desire for a HDD was fulfilled first. Lust for a mouse was satisfied by a brand new blue Lachesis. But the hardest part was the armband. They were all expensive. Because they were made for Apple. Apple was the ultimate enemy of cheapo geeks but ironically, an enemy that must be used. Geeky Jacky had no choice. Or so he thought.

But soon the tide of the battle was changed. A hero from the light, Li Ren, offered him enlightenment. Finally, Geeky Jacky settle in for a armband big enough to hold his iPhone but less than half the price of the ones before. =D Geeky Jacky was happy but heroic Li Ren had to rush off to Sentosa.

I walked from SLS to Little India’s MRT station. It wasn’t far, it’s a 7 minutes walk. Took the MRT to Habourfront to meet Li Wei and Sandy. Then, through the monorail, we went to Beach Station where we took the tram to Coasta Sands Resort.

Meet up with Wei Jie and Elena to celebrate their 21st birthdays. HAPPY BIRTHDAYS! Had a great chat with my relatives who were there – Alvin, Angela and her boyfriend, Ah Girl Ee and Xiao Ee Zhang, Er Ee and Er Ee Zhang. Er Ee Zhang told me of a nice place in Singapore (where the SAF Yacht Club is based at), it’s a jetty with a nice view and atmosphere. Hell, I sure wanna see that place =D, he said maybe we’ll all go someday.

The birthday cakes were from Secret Recipe –  Banana Choco and Strawberry Choco. We took turn at taking photo with the two birthday stars. After that, we sang a birthday song for the both of them. CUT CAKES! I ate a piece from Strawberry Choco, it’s really nice but a tad too sweet for my liking.

Ah Girl Ee and Ee Zhang drove us (Li Wei, Sandy and Alvin + Me) out to Vivo so that we could take the MRT home.

Alvin’s got a new PS3 Slim and got himself titles like Fifa 10. He even pimped it up with a 40″ Sony Bravia TV! Xiao Ee Zhang is going over tomorrow to battle it out with him. I foresee a Liverpool VS. Man Utd match. MAN UTD FTW. By the way, sorry Alvin! I won’t be able to go tomorrow, prawn fishing tomorrow!

Yay. The swelling from the wisdom tooth extraction is pretty much gone when I woke up today. =D

The swelling from the wisdom tooth extraction is horrible. It’s so big that I just couldn’t bear to be outside. (unless an earthquake occurs and the house is shaking. BUT STILL.)

But fortunately, it’s not really affecting my eating but definitely, I don’t have a good appetite as before. I swear after this is over, I’ll have a feast! Anybody up for a feast? >=D

Anyway, will be starting my driving lessons soon. The instructor lives near my house so it’s great lol!

Today is field camp day 3, and i’m taking charge of platoon 4 of some company…

It’s the last day of field camp and it was time for water-parade. So I told the section I/C to collect 7 jerry-cans for my platoon.

After 10 minutes, I realised they are not back yet. I called my section I/C to see if everything’s okay.My section I/C answered,”They still regen HP. The fountain of health can only accomodate 5 men at a time.”

I told him,”Better hurry up, enemy coming already”

He replied,”Don’t worry, the fountain will fire at the enemy if it sees one.”

He counted and reported back,”Sir, Total strength 7, current strength 6.”

I asked him,”Where’s the last one?”

My section I/C answered,”He lag out. Told him to switch to Starhub but he didn’t listen.”

After 3 days of bashing, we are finally reaching our checkpoint. But there’s just one last task left to do – river crossing.

I asked the section I/C to prepare the equipment for our task, but he was hesitant on doing so. I asked him why? It was getting dark and we had not much time so I was quite worried.

My section I/C answered,”Wait out, Sir. I’m waiting for the rune. If it’s Haste then we all benefit. If it’s DD…better to take it before the enemy does.”

Today’s wisdom tooth extraction day! Had an appointment with NDC at 0930hrs to remove the upper and lower wisdom tooth. As I am below 21 years of age, my dad had to come with me to sign the consent form. So from Toa Payoh, he drove to the CTE and then exited to Balestier Road. Zoomed down the road and took a turn left towards CTE(SLE/TPE), and a right turn to CTE(CITY)/Rangoon Road.

As he’s going towards CTE(CITY), LTA became richer with its ERP. (My Dad said ‘Ouch’ as the ICU beeped. lol.) Then all the way along CTE until Exit 1B Outram Road. 2nd Hospital Avenue and we were there.

At level 3′s day surgery dept, I handed the lady all the necessary documents. “Your cost incurred from the surgery and the medication will be covered by S-YAY-F.” Hell yeah, it’s time they gave back something. lol.

I waited. They called my name. I went into this room where I was given a transparent hair cap, blue shoe covers and a blue robe. I looked ridiculous. And then, I waited again.

In the operating theatre, I was strapped to the chair. No anesthetic will be given. With pure brute strength, the doctor’s going to pull out my wisdom tooth.

JK! I was told to lie on the chair, to be honest, it was rather comfy. Then came the jabs. The jabs for the lower gum was successful but the upper gum didn’t seem as successful to me. (The doctor poke the needle at my tooth instead of my gum and some of the injection sprayed onto my face. LOL.) To shield my eyes from the operating light, my face other than the mouth was covered up.

For some time, the doctor was drilling at my lower wisdom tooth. I had no idea when it was removed, but I could clearly hear the drilling sound. BUT for the upper wisdom tooth, I knew when. Cause’ it hurts. However, to avoid being a wimp, I took it silently. (This confirms the jabbing part as mentioned above.) Upon completion, I was awarded with my own bloody wisdom tooth (literally).

The best thing of all? 5 days ATT C. Called back to Alpha Coy to the orderly’s desk and PC3 picked up -.- (what is Choo Yang doing). Had a funny time trying to tell Choo my status and MC number with the gauze in my mouth. I know you were laughing at me Choo. :/
